DESCRIPTION
Far from agriculture, traffic and industry the bees that made this honey happily forage on fireweed, alpine heather and alpine blossoms in the pristine mountains of the Pacific Northwest Cascades. Heavy winter snows ensure that the avalanche chutes are razed each year allowing alpine flowers to thrive where dense forests cannot creating the perfect conditions for the bees. The flavor is as delicate and delicious as the mountains are beautiful. Our Alpine honey is a rare treat unlike any other.
